Guru Travel Photography operates as an independent professional travel photography service. Final scope, travel arrangements and terms are confirmed in writing before each assignment.
18+ Booking Requirement
Bookings, contracts and payment approvals must be completed by a person aged 18 years or older or an authorised guardian or company representative.

We welcome clients without discrimination based on race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, disability, nationality, age, marital status or sexual orientation, subject to lawful service and safety requirements.
Privacy & Personal Data
Contact information and event details are used only for quotations, scheduling, delivery and support. Private galleries are not shared publicly without permission.
Image Rights & Model Consent
Copyright, personal-use licences, commercial usage, publication rights and model releases are defined in the confirmed package or written agreement.
Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
Booking retainers, cancellation windows, rescheduling terms and eligible refunds are disclosed before payment and depend on the confirmed service agreement.
Delivery & Creative Editing
Delivery timelines are estimates agreed per project. Editing style follows the selected package; original files are supplied only when explicitly included.
